Welcome to Pink-Ish Hideaway. By accessing our website or booking a stay at our vacation homes, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. Booking & Reservations
- A booking is confirmed once payment (deposit or full amount) has been received.
- Guests must provide accurate information during the booking process.
- Minimum age to book is 21 years old.
- Our homes only accommodate ages 12 years and above. Infants and toddlers are not permitted.
2. Payments
- Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers.
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due as per the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.
- Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of your booking.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- We have a strict no-refund policy for cancellations.
- No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
4. Check-In & Check-Out
Houston Location
- Check-in: 4:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
San Antonio Location
- Check-in: 5:00 PM
- Check-out: 10:00 AM
- Guests checking out 15 minutes past checkout time will be charged the full daily rate without stay.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
- Respect the property, furnishings, and décor.
- Follow all house rules provided before or during the stay.
- Ensure that the number of guests does not exceed the maximum occupancy.
- Booking Guests are fully responsible for the actions and behavior of their guests on the property.
- No outside shoes are allowed inside the home for sanitary purposes. Disposable house slippers are provided, or guests may bring their own.
- No outside guests are allowed on the property unless explicitly approved by the Host.
- Houston Property: Maximum occupancy 15 people at any time.
- San Antonio Property: Maximum occupancy 25 people at any time.
- Failure to follow this rule will result in automatic eviction without refund.
6. Quiet Hours & Noise Monitoring
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- The home is equipped with noise detectors.
- No loud music is allowed inside or outside the property.
- Failure to comply will result in automatic eviction without refund.
7. Damages & Security Deposit
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
- A $1000 damage fee will be charged for damages to the property.
- A security deposit may also be required and will be refunded after inspection of the property, provided no damages are found.
8. Liability
- The Host is not liable for any accidents, injuries, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
- The Host is not responsible for accidents that occur between the Booking Guest and their guests on the property.
- Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for coverage.
9. Property Rules
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking, vapes, or hookah inside the property.
- Smoking is permitted only on the back porch.
- Failure to comply will result in automatic eviction without refund.
- If the barbecue pit is used, it must be cleaned after use. Failure to clean will result in an additional cleaning fee.
10. Privacy
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics).
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by local laws. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the local courts.
