Please note that our standard occupancy limits apply to all bookings, and any additional guests must be authorized through the Extra Guests Package. If you’re found to have extra guests without this package, a fee of $99 per person will be applied.
We also want to remind you that our home is located in a residential area, and we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and disruptions. This includes:
– No loud music that can be heard from the street
– No blocking of driveways
– No disruptions to our neighbors
Failure to comply with these house rules will result in immediate removal from the property.
