🩷No loud music outside, please keep it To a non disturbing tone. Please respect the neighbors.

🩷🩷🩷🩷Events are allowed ONLY with prior approval from host! (Event Fees will apply case by case) You must inquire about any events during the booking process before your booking is confirmed. Any approved events may require a deposit that must be paid upon confirmed booking.🩷🩷🩷🩷

🩷Host will be at property to Greet you and we ask that you kindly give a guesstimate time of arrival the morning of your arrival.

🩷The mini skating rink can also be used as an Event Space. So if you’ve had permission to have an event, please utilize that space as it is perfect for the set up. 🩷Any bookings that will have more than 12 people at the home will be treated as an event by default and $40 per person not to exceed 16. Any approved events should not last longer than one 8 hours from the start time. All approved events must not exceed past 10pm and there must not be no more than 16 people on the property at any given time for any approved events. Any unauthorized events/gatherings will be subject to a $1000 fine and with an immediate vacate without refund. Please make sure to always inquire. Worst case we say no.

🩷Any damage to the property will result in a $500 fine. (Case by case) Please report any damage or accidents immediately.

🩷No third-party bookings are allowed! The person booking the property must be the person attending. Failure to follow This rule will result in a $500 fine and an immediate vacate without refund.

🩷Quiet time for all guests is 10 pm to 7 am. Please be respectful of neighbors. If we get more than one complaint you will be asked to vacate without refund. 🩷We do not allow any random house parties must be approved Events

🩷No animals on the property. You will be fined $500 if there are signs of any pets. Please respect other potential guests that have pet allergies.

🩷No smoking allowed inside the home. Smoking is allowed in the designated area Only (Back Porch) Please do not flick your ashes onto ground and instead in the ash trays provided.

🩷 All bathroom essentials will be provided. Shampoo, body wash, conditioner. If you feel the need to bring your own, you are more than welcome. 🩷There will be no mail allowed of any kind delivered to the home. This includes Amazon packages, FedEx, USPS, UPS, etc. Please use an Amazon locker or pick up directly from the carrier. If you need to receive mail during your stay. Food delivery is permitted. Failure to follow this rule will result in a $200 fine and an immediate vacate without a refund. 🩷No illegal drugs or animals are allowed on the property at any given time. Failure to follow this rule royal result in a $300 fine for each. 🩷No outdoor shoes are allowed to be worn in the home for health and sanitary purposes. Please get comfortable and bring your house shoes or take advantage of the house slippers that we will provide for you at the front door.💕💗

🩷 Host bears, no responsibility of accidents to the guest and company of the guest while staying at the property. The booking guest is responsible for all guests in the home! If you have booked a stay with us, you and all your guests have read and agreed to our rules and policies. Upon arrival, please refer to the rules that have been given to you prior to your arrival for a complete guide on your stay.
